ReboundingCareer Defensive Rebounding
Measures a player's career defensive rebounding production (DREB per game). Defensive rebounds end opponent possessions and start transition opportunities. While less effort-intensive than offensive rebounds (the defense has natural positioning advantage), elite defensive rebounding requires boxing out, timing, and awareness. Centers dominate this stat, but strong rebounding wings (like LeBron) also score well.
