Measures the maximum number of championships a franchise won in any 10-year period. This is the primary component of the Dynasty Score (DS). A franchise that won 6 titles in 10 years had a true dynasty. Concentrating championships in a tight window demonstrates sustained organizational dominance — not just having one great team, but maintaining excellence year after year.
