Evaluates how well players improve under a specific coach. Measures stat improvements of players in years 1-3 under the coach vs league average growth.

Formula

(Average Player Improvement % x 40) + (Breakout Players Developed x 20) + (All-Star Jumps x 25) + (Role Player Value Added x 15)
